Who we are
This page presents the privacy policy of the AFIACARE public website.
Our institutional website is https://afiacare.com. This public site is published at https://workspace.afiacare.com.
Use of the personal data we collect
Contact forms
When you send a request through the contact form, we collect the information you enter (first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, organisation and message) in order to handle your request and create a commercial lead. A short anti-robot check is also used to protect the form; it is not used for marketing profiling.
If you book a video appointment, you are redirected to Microsoft Bookings, which processes the data required to schedule the meeting under Microsoft’s own terms.
Cookies
This public site does not use a comment form and does not set advertising cookies.
If you choose a language (French or English), a cookie is stored so that your preference is remembered on later visits. It contains no identity data and expires after one year.
If you switch between light and dark theme, that choice is stored locally in your browser (it is not sent to our servers).
Accessing the Workspace application (login area) may set authentication cookies required to keep your session; those cookies are governed by the Workspace environment and are not used to track public-site browsing.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example videos, images or booking widgets). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the visitor went to that other website.
Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to their site.
